Sayful Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Last updated 26 July 2026

1. Who we are

Sayful is a macOS software application provided by Mykhailo Korotych ("we", "us"), of Myronenko 43, Poltava, 36000, Ukraine. You can reach us at support@sayful.app.

By downloading, installing or using Sayful you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. What Sayful is

Sayful is self-serve software that you download and run on your own Mac. It provides dictation, text correction, translation, keyboard-layout fixing, on-screen text recognition, notes and a typing trainer. Some features send text or audio to our servers so that third-party AI providers can process them and return a result.

Sayful is a software product only. We do not provide consulting, done-for-you work or any other human-delivered service.

3. Accounts

Cloud features require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

4. Free and Pro

Sayful has a free tier with a weekly allowance of cloud AI usage, and a paid Pro subscription with a higher allowance. Features that run entirely on your Mac are not metered.

We may change what the free and Pro tiers include. If a change reduces what you already pay for, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel and request a refund under our Refund Policy.

5. Payment and billing

Paddle.com Market Limited is our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and sales tax, and its own terms apply to the transaction itself. Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Pro is billed as a recurring subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Sayful to break the law, to process content you have no right to process, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer our services. Do not resell access or share one account across multiple people. We may suspend an account that does these things.

7. Usage limits

Cloud AI usage is metered per week and enforced on our servers. If you reach your allowance, cloud features pause until the window resets or you upgrade. Local features keep working.

8. Your content

You keep all rights to the text, audio and images you put into Sayful. We do not store the content of your requests and we do not use it to train models. See the Privacy Policy for what we do record.

9. Our rights

We own Sayful and everything in it. Buying Pro gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the software. It does not transfer ownership.

10. Third-party AI providers

Cloud features depend on third-party AI providers. Their availability, quality and speed are outside our control, and we may change which providers we use in order to keep the product working.

11. Warranty and liability

Sayful is provided as is. AI output can be wrong — check anything that matters before you rely on it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Sayful and cancel Pro at any time. We may end this agreement if you break these terms. On termination your licence ends; sections 8, 9 and 11 survive.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
