How to cancel Sayful Pro

You can cancel at any time, and you do not need to sign in to this website. Cancelling stops future payments. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.

In the Sayful app

Open Sayful and click your profile icon in the title bar of the window.
Choose Manage billing.
In the subscription window, click Manage billing again (“Change card, see invoices, or cancel”). Your browser opens the billing portal of Creem, the merchant of record.
Cancel the subscription there. The portal link is short-lived, so open it from the app each time.

From your receipt email

Creem emails a receipt for every payment. It contains a link to manage the order and the subscription, where you can cancel without opening Sayful. If you cannot find the email, search your inbox for “Creem” or “CREEM.IO”.

By email

Write to support@sayful.app from the address you used at checkout, or include your order reference, and we will cancel it for you.

What happens next

No further payments are taken.
Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for; the app shows “Access until” and the date.
After that your account goes back to the free plan. Your notes and boards stay on your Mac and boards you already made stay editable; on the free plan only creating another board is limited to one.
Charges appear on your statement as CREEM.IO*, not as Sayful.
